Can I print my own design?
Yes. Upload an STL or 3MF in Upload & Print. Check the model, choose size and finish, and review the quote before adding it to your cart.
What if I do not have a 3D file?
Explore the ready-to-order catalog. For custom printing, a prepared 3D model is needed; a photograph alone cannot be evaluated.
How do I choose a size and colour?
Choose from the options on the product page. For uploaded models, the evaluator shows proportional size, available materials, single or model colours, and an updated estimate.
How will my print reach me?
Once ordered, the print moves through production and quality checks before shipment. Follow available tracking details in My Orders. Shipping is separate from the print estimate.
